Taking Up The Mantle

Capturing the various stories unfolding around me was something I felt very connected to, as I have always been a keen observer of other’s experience of life. My creativity is very personal to me, and I believe that seeing someone’s creativity is like interacting with a purer part of that individual. Their creative expression is a reflection of who they are and what the see in the world, and having that window into the way they see the world gives me perspective on my own experience of life. I realised through people’s feedback on my photography, that they enjoyed my work because they could view the world through my eyes and experience what I experienced.
